From this button, you can update immediatelly citizen's Citizenship, Level and Rank. This button was created because citizens stats are beeing changing quite often, while the query for updating all citizens informations data (Citizenship, Level, Rank e.t.c.) runs only one time per week to avoid any performance problems of the website (The proccess of updating all citizens data, takes too many hours cause the big number of the recorded citizens).
